Refund policy

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS WITHIN LEBANON

 

We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email team@fredomlb.com or contact us on +96179164848 and we will arrange for a pickup. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse return of any item that shows sign of wear, wash, or perfume. Shipping charges are not refunded. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.

For international orders, please send an email to team@fredomlb.com or contact us on +96179164848 within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags and labels attached. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange within 5 to 7 days. Shipping charges are not refunded. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.
